My name is Cali Hicks, and I am the Associate Practice Manager at the Riverview Animal Hospital. I am an accomplished operations professional whose strong passion for animal care mixed with my drive of leading teams who execute a mindful and high-quality experience has led me to be a part of the amazing team at Riverview Animal Hospital.
Being a dog mom of two, I understand the important relationship between a pet owner and their veterinarian. When our clients are faced with situations where their pet is ill, the kindness and empathy that is received from our hospital team are extremely important, and we take this responsibility seriously. My goal is to continue the hospital’s mindset that every pet we aid is treated as if it were our own furry children while ensuring that all our clients have the support system they need during their visits.
My favourite thing about the Riverview Animal Hospital is the passion that each and every associate has for our patients’ wellbeing. Our Doctors are committed to continued growth and learning to ensure that they can provide the best care possible, giving our patients the best quality of life.
In my free time, you can find me with my two dogs Zelda and Loki. Whether it is getting outside for exercise or going for a drive, we are always together having fun. I enjoy cooking, watching movies and spending time with my family.
